What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at Investments Limited?
We are a Boca Raton based real estate property management, owner and operator of a local portfolio of 3,500 apartments. Our West Palm Beach portfolio requires the addition of a new Leasing Agent to join our team. The position is based in Greenacres, FL and is Monday through Friday and alternating Saturdays.
This person will be responsible for but not limited to the daily operations of 2 apartment communities: leasing available units, reviewing property site conditions, preparing documents, assisting residents, marketing, screening applications, and inspection of vacant apartments. Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Education/Experience:
Minimum Education -- High School Diploma; post high school education preferred.
Minimum Experience - Six months experience as Leasing Consultant.
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well in a high volume/stress environment. Must possess superior attention to detail. Must be able to work well independently as well as within a team. Familiar with landlord-tenant and fair housing laws. Computer literacy in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet required. Familiarity with Yardi preferred. Bilingual skills a plus. Competent in the operation of general office equipment. Positive attitude, enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic behavior desirable.
English Required - Bilingual Spanish preferred
Background check & Drug Test Required
