This industry professional will provide escrow services while maintaining and growing their personal client base. A successful Escrow Officer will have a high quality of work and will provide excellent customer service while remaining flexible under changing schedules and demands.
Position Highlights :
Prepare recordings
Oversee closing schedules
Obtain and verify POAs
Review settlement statements
Sign checks
Required Qualifications :
TDI Escrow Officer license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated track record of excellent client service
Proficient with Microsoft Office with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent typing skills
Preferred Qualifications :
RamQuest experience
Bilingual English / Spanish
4 years of title industry experience
Bachelors degree
