Responsibilities:
- Assist the escrow officer with the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documents and funds are collected and disbursed in a timely manner.
- Assist with the review of contracts and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and input data accordingly.
- Answer incoming calls, communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and answer any questions.
- Assist with preparing closing documents, obtaining payoffs, other curative needs, funding and post closing assistance.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate, work efficiently and quickly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in escrow required, preferred experience in Qualia.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic math calculations and 10-key typing.
- Knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate contracts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
