Administrative Support
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Greet and assist all visitors, including realtors, loan officers, buyers, and sellers.
- Monitor and triage the agency’s general email inbox.
- Provide order updates to closers and underwriters.
- File and organize documents for daily transactions.
- Enter orders into the production system and scan accompanying documentation.
- Process change requests for policies, such as amount adjustments.
- Track progress and updates in the production system.
- Verify order data and submit requests to searchers.
- Monitor pending orders, log search results, and follow up on late searches.
- Order verbal search updates as requested and communicate findings to lenders.
- Track and log final updates and follow up on outstanding reports.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities.
- Organizational Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.
