Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Brand & Business Development Assistant to support our brand-building efforts and contribute to the growth of our nonprofit clients. In this entry-level role, you will assist in identifying business development opportunities, enhancing brand strategies, and building relationships that help expand our clients' reach and impact. You will work closely with senior team members to understand market trends, refine brand strategies, and drive the success of nonprofit campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance visibility and recognition for nonprofit clients.
- Support business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and maintaining client relationships.
- Help create compelling brand messaging and marketing materials that align with the goals and mission of nonprofit clients.
- Assist in planning and executing branding campaigns, both online and in-person, to boost client engagement and awareness.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behaviors, providing insights to inform branding and business development efforts.
- Provide administrative support for business development projects, including preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
- Assist in client outreach and relationship-building activities to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and business development initiatives.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
