We are seeking an Entry-Level Client Service Associate to join our growing team at Invictus. In this role, you will work directly with clients to ensure their needs are met, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the planning, execution, and post-event processes. As an Entry-Level Client Service Associate, you will help foster strong relationships with clients, assist with event logistics, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, providing updates, and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Gather client feedback and ensure all client needs are met during the planning and execution phases of events, providing solutions as necessary.
- Work closely with the marketing, event planning, and fundraising teams to ensure seamless execution of client events and campaigns.
- Provide post-event support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the results and addressing any issues that arise after the event.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive and professional attitude, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to client challenges.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or event management software is a plus.
- Prior customer service or client-facing experience (internships, part-time work, or volunteer roles) is a plus but not required.
