Invictus is actively seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our marketing and fundraising team. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training in marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a team lead position within our marketing department.
As an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will be integral in the growth and development of community outreach campaigns, customer acquisition and retention efforts, and the management of external customer needs. You’ll gain valuable leadership experience and interpersonal skills while driving sales through retail promotional events and building brand recognition through local community events and experiential marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Campaign Growth: Help develop and manage the growth of community outreach campaigns.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Support efforts to acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- External Customer Management: Ensure that customer needs are met with excellence and professionalism.
- Leadership Development: Build your leadership and interpersonal skills through hands-on experience and training.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales through promotional events and fundraising initiatives.
- Brand Recognition: Promote and establish brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and effectively communicate campaign goals and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Full-time availability, with some flexibility for weekend events.
- Ability to excel both independently and within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year for additional training.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
