The Senior Project Manager successfully leads complex, large-scale projects from initiation to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role has expertise in Project Management methodologies, risk management, and executive and stakeholder communication. The Senior Project Manager is adept at leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals.

The role is responsibility for the project's lifecycle, road-mapping, scope management, scheduling, team coordination, risk management, project quality and most importantly, delivery satisfaction.

This role advises the individual project participants with resources and guidance for documentation, training, and best practices. Additionally, the role coordinates efforts to optimize cross-project resources and participates in the assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps.

What you will do for Fay :

• Define, document, and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables for the lifecycle of project for medium to high-complexity projects
• Actively manage the quality of deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure the project objectives are achieved on time / on budget
• Create, communicate, develop, and manage ROI investment models, budget / cost for projects, and programs and be accountable for delivering against established business goals / objectives
• Own the business relationship and effectively communicate project expectations to the team, project members, and management in a timely and clear manner
• May lead team projects and / or department initiatives to include Project Management initiatives
• Work closely with the end users, business, technology teams, and others, providing individual leadership to understand and prioritize business goals, and information needs related to the project
• Proactively communicate with the business to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Manage delivery of the project with the various business and support organizations
• Manage multiple projects using ServiceNow project management software
• Build a knowledge base of each business / organization, and its objectives
• Ensure project documents are complete, detailed, current, and stored appropriately
• Contribute to team success by continually identifying and proposing solutions for improvements in process, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Develop full-scale project plans, and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders
• Monitor and manage expectations, conduct milestone reviews, manage process performance, conduct continuous improvement and causal analysis activities to drive outcomes and achieve project objectives on time, with established metrics
• Conduct project close-outs and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
• Manage schedules, dependencies, and resource utilization across work plans
• Manage escalations, scope, and project change requests
• Develop domain knowledge of Fay’s business to include an understanding of short-term goals and long-term strategies for the organization
• Develop productive relationships across the organization
• Ensure compliance with Fay’s policies, processes, and practices
• Maintain a current working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Role model ethical standards, professionalism, and code of conduct
• Ensure demonstrated behaviors align with Fay's Values and Operating Principles
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
