InVision is a Professional Recruitment Firm specializing in Engineering, Industrial/Skilled Trades, Information Technology and Professional Services within Canada and the U.S. We have a successful track record working on both small and large recruitment projects, across North America.
The Senior Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for supporting the growth of our new division in the Eastern US. The individual will be responsible for Recruitment and Account Management. The opportunity is a long term growth opportunity which could lead to other areas within the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Manage key accounts within territory by providing exceptional customer service
· Solicit and grow business within the existing territory through various means
· Attend meetings with clients to provide recruitment solutions
· Participate in Recruitment as the branch continues to grow.
· Package candidates for submittal to recruiters, hiring managers and/or pipelining.
· Work successfully with recruiters, HR team members, hiring managers, etc. to ensure candidates are properly vetted, evaluated and hired.
· Use sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, referrals and Boolean searches to identify potential candidates.
· Keep candidate notes and statuses updated in the Applicant Tracking System.
· Screen potential candidates for technical skills and values fit.
· Willingness and demonstrated ability to effectively ”cold call” and develop talent networks are key differentiators for this position. The industry we are a part of is relatively tight-knit, and the skill sets we seek often fall within specialties that do not come from large pools of potential candidates.
· Use business acumen and critical thinking abilities to quickly understand and represent job requirements/KPIs. We operate in a highly matrixed organization and support separate and distinct businesses.
· Provide support related to special recruitment projects/activities – career fairs, campus events (most still virtual), etc.
Qualifications:
· At least 5-7 years working as a Senior Recruiter or an Account Manager
· At least 5-7 year of experience in recruitment or recruitment related role.
· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations as they relate to recruiting and hiring employees
· Proficiency ATS system for business development and recruitment.
Other Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage concurrent searches in a fast paced, changing environment.
· Ability to source top passive and active candidates.
· Expertise in sales and recruitment life cycle with strong skills in relationship building, critical thinking and verbal/written communications.
· Locate leads and track down contact information using social media and other tools.
· Good general computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Internet).
