Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates using various platforms and tools
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Coordinate job offers and onboarding processes
- Utilize recruitment software such as Salesforce, ADP, Workday, UltiPro for candidate tracking
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Conduct employee orientation sessions
- Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales roles
- Familiarity with HR software systems like ADP, Workday, UltiPro
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employee orientation procedures
