Summary / Objective :
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all paperwork coming to and from the Elkhart Warehouse, such as POD’s, shippers and packing slips. Assist warehouse in organizing shipping documents and delivery routes. Help with inside sales and with purchasing and receiving documents and tracking.

- Arrange LTL trucking and FedEx / UPS shipments
- Matching PODs for all divisions after delivery to the scan sheet and or shipper
- Organize by date and maintain any future orders coming from customer service to be delivered 1 week in advance
- Preparing pick up and drop off documents for our courier service
- Scanning PODs after deliveries
- Collaborating closely with customer service to assist in processing RGA’s
- Assist with other essential clerical duties including but not limited to helping the shipping and receiving department, sales team, purchasing, and customer service.
- Scheduling container deliveries
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs

Work Environment :
This job operates in a warehouse setting, including an office and manufacturing environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment, computers, printers, and fax machines.
Physical Demands :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard. The employee may be required to lift / move up to 35 pounds on occasion.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 6 : 00 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.
