The BTR Program Manager plays a crucial role in the management and execution of Build-to-Rent (BTR) program initiatives. This position involves strategizing and implementing key operational programs, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of model units, and maintaining the integrity of program documentation. The BTR Program Manager will work closely with various teams, including leasing, marketing, and independent contractors, to streamline processes and improve overall program efficiency. This role will also act as a liaison between leasing and marketing, ensuring alignment of initiatives and helping to maintain clear communication across teams. Reporting to key stakeholders, this role will assist with meeting documentation and analyze performance reports to identify trends that inform decision-making.
What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and maintain program strategies that align with BTR objectives and operational goals.
Oversee the proper functioning of model units, ensuring they adhere to standards
Develop and update BTR-specific program documentation to support processes, compliance, and reporting.
Assist with inventory tracking and implement release strategies to maximize leasing efficiency and occupancy rates.
Prepare and send independent contractor agreements, listing agreements, and other necessary contracts.
Set up new hires with the tools and systems to integrate them into the BTR program.
Gather and organize information for the creation of launch decks to present program updates or new initiatives.
Handle processing of independent contractor commissions accurately and in a timely manner.
Set up vendors and ACH payments to streamline transactions and ensure compliance.
Ensure the microsites reflects the correct pricing transparency, specials, and relevant BTR updates.
Create materials for presentations, including visual aids and reports, to support internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between the leasing and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on initiatives.
Provide assistance to independent contractors as needed to resolve issues and maintain operational flow.
Accurately record key discussions, decisions, and action items during meetings.
Prepare and send detailed meeting minutes, including clear next steps and responsibilities, to all relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate in reviewing reports to ensure accuracy, identify key insights, and analyze trends that impact BTR performance and decision-making.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience with strategic planning and implementing program initiatives that align with business objectives.
2 years in program or project management, preferably in a related industry
2 years in Leasing or knowledge of Leasing from a related field
Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
Professional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to establish and build strategic relationships and effectively interact with diverse work groups
Possess strong sense of urgency; ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Proficiency of Yardi Voyager and Salesforce preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to conduct presentations or speak in public to large groups of people
Ability to make quick and effective decisions
Ability to maintain confidentiality
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred

Salary Range
$61,650.00 - $106,860.00Compensation and Benefits
