Living Ecology, a member of the INW network, is a leading developer and manufacturer of functional foods and nutritional supplements, specializing in fruit and nutrition bars. We are seeking to hire an Inventory Control Analyst at our Henderson, NV location.
This position is responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, analyzing data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational goals. The role requires hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE) software and a deep understanding of inventory management principles. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Inventory Control Analyst helps maintain inventory accuracy, minimize waste, and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records in the JDE (JD Edwards) system, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to optimize inventory management processes.
- Identify and address inventory trends and issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making.
- Responsible for maintaining 98% inventory accuracy in ERP system.
- Communicate with stakeholder’s status of inventory levels.
- Reconcile customer (internal and external) concerns/issues, including answering queries and providing open purchase order reports.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Responsible for following all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions. This always includes all FDA & GMP’s.
- Responsible for following ALL Plant Safety Rules and OSHA Rules: understand and follow plant safety rules including/but not limited to safe lifting practices, safety on machine operations.

Education, Work Experience, Skill Requirements & Certifications:
Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and regulations.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with JD Edwards (JDE) system is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, some overtime as required.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay range: $26 to $30 per hour.
- This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay.
