We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Golf Professional to join our team. As a Golf Professional, you will play a key role in promoting the game of golf, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a welcoming environment for players of all skill levels.
Duties
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons, focusing on skill development and technique improvement.
- Head and organize the Ladies program
- Golf shop skills required
- Organize and lead golf clinics, tournaments, and events to engage members and promote participation.
- Provide expert advice on equipment selection, maintenance, and care.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in golf instruction and equipment.
- Assist with the management of the golf shop, including inventory control and merchandising.
- Foster positive relationships with members through effective communication and personalized service.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a seamless experience for all guests at the facility.
- Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment for junior golfers.
- Utilize skills in physical education to educate players on the importance of fitness in golf performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Golf Professional or similar role within the golf industry.
- Strong knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and etiquette.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate players effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment..
- A passion for teaching and mentoring individuals of all ages in the sport of golf.
- Certification from a recognized professional golf organization is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.41 - $20.43 per hour
