What are the responsibilities and job description for the Invoice Resolution Specialist position at InXpress?
Summary of Responsibilities
The LTL Invoicing Specialist will be responsible for being the primary contact for InXpress franchises for all LTL dispute resolution. The representative will work with Operations to provide a single point of contact for InXpress franchises for all issues related but not exclusive to invoice dispute/resolution and other issues related to day-to-day LTL brokerage operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure InXpress franchises receive a single point of contact for LTL dispute resolution, specifically around LTL brokerage operations and related support issues
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within our LTL partners for successful dispute resolution
- Work with operations and carrier development for root cause analysis and quality improvement to ensure continuous improvement regarding invoicing accuracy and quality carrier relationships
- Provide invoicing best practice training to onboarding and existing franchises and internal staff
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain relationships with InXpress sales, carrier development and operations teams
- Responsible for all KPIs related to franchise and direct customer LTL dispute resolution and associated issues
- Responsible for customer loyalty performance metrics specific to the LTL invoicing experience
- Ensure Franchisees and their customers receive consistency in their LTL dispute resolution experience
- Respond and manage the LTL dispute resolution tickets in the InXpress billing and ticketing systems
Key Skills and Competencies
- Empathy and understanding as it relates to franchise/customer issues
- Clear written and verbal communications
- Organization and follow up skills are a must
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 years experience in the LTL industry at an LTL Carrier or an LTL brokerage
- 3 years experience with invoice resolution at an LTL carrier or brokerage
