Technical Lead

iO Associates are currently recruiting for a leading insights, data, and consulting products and services company, dedicated to providing clients with unmatched speed in achieving business objectives. They are seeking a Technology Engagement Lead skilled in Python and React who combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing leadership and communication skills. This role requires a hands-on expert who can play the role of a player-coach, guiding both internal and client teams in architecting, designing, developing, and delivering high-quality custom applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and workflows, translating them into modular technical designs.


• Ensure branding and messaging principles are incorporated into design thinking.


• Engage with client technical teams to migrate, implement, and test software applications.


• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, ensuring client users understand how their requirements are met in the final product.


• Enforce rigorous testing standards and guarantee high-quality, timely delivery.


• Conduct code reviews across DevOps, Full Stack, Python, and JavaScript/React to ensure adherence to best practices and organizational guidelines.


• Troubleshoot and break down issues across multiple technology stacks, providing resolution strategies.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a mix of hands-on development and client engagement responsibilities.


• Strong background in software architecture, design, and development.


• Expertise in Full Stack Development, Python, JavaScript/React, and DevOps.


• Experience in migrating, implementing, and testing enterprise software applications.


• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.


• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with client teams.


• Experience leading UAT sessions and ensuring successful project deliveries.


• Ability to troubleshoot and debug across multiple technology stacks.
