IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Developer. This employee provides application development/integration services to the client. They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the client framework. These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical lead developer role for Salesforce platform.
Tasks
- Assess Salesforce.com developer and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform
- Implement technical development solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
- Ownership of all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data modelling, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products like Clariti Basic Gov, Conga etc.
- CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology efforts
- Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
- Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.
- Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers.
- Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
- Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure.
NOTE: Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule). Hybrid schedule, 2 days a week in the Lansing office.

Skills Required:
- 5 years - Working experience on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- 2 years - Experience in Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permitting
- 5 years - Experience with Azure DevOps
- 3 years - Experience with Database Architecture Experience
- 2 years - Experience with Infrastructure/Network and Application Support
- Experience implementing technical development solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
- Custom development experience using advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, Java), Salesforce Flow Builder, Visual Flow Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL
- Experience with migrating from Workflow rules/Process builder to Flow builder.
- Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex, Apex triggers and classes.
- Experience with Omniscripts
- Experience using Conga composer for generating documents
- Bachelor s Degree(Please include on your resume)
