IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.
Our client is looking for a SharePoint Administrator to serve as the primary subject matter expert on the administration, development, management, and support of the client s Microsoft SharePoint environment and tools. The SharePoint Administrator will work under the general supervision of the IT Operations Manager.
Tasks
- Plan, develop, and implement highly complex SharePoint and SharePoint related tools and technologies for use by client business areas
- Establish technical policies, procedures, and guidelines for sound management, administration, and control of the SharePoint environment and related tools.
- Provide project oversight
- Coordinate concurrent SharePoint related efforts to meet business needs.

NOTE: Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at the candidate's expense prior to starting the role. Resource will be working a hybrid position with a minimum of two days per week on-site.
Location: Madison, WI (Hybrid 2 days/week on-site)
Contract: 1 year
Skills Required:
- 8-10 years - Experience performing SharePoint administration (including tasks such as configuring and managing SharePoint sites, user roles, permissions and/or general maintenance.)
- 8-10 years - Experience administering websites with a SharePoint backend
- 8-10 years - Experience with supporting and developing workflows/forms using Power Automate, Power Apps, Nintex, or similar tools.
Skills Desired A plus to have:
- Experience establishing governance, technical policies, and best practices surrounding a SharePoint environment.
- Experience serving in a team lead or trainer capacity.
