IOCP is a nonprofit that provides services in food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services, and childcare resources to those residing in eight Western Hennepin County cities. We are looking for an Emergency Financial Assistance Case Manager to play a key role in working with our clients to fulfill financial assistance requests in the areas of : rent, utilities, and transportation.
Emergency Financial Assistance Case Managers work 1 : 1 with IOCP clients to provide short-term assistance to resolve financial emergencies and provide resources and referrals to address long-term financial stability.
