As the Deposit Operations 1 you are responsible for:
Providing support in performing the quality controls, processing and settlement of various Operational functions. Minimize risk while maintaining quality customer relations, through accurate processing of transaction requests, documentation review, outgoing communication production, and account maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate in a professional manner with customers (orally and in writing)
- Process ATM/Debit Card applications and Card Maintenance
- Address internal and external customer inquiries and research requests promptly, accurately and professionally
- Maintain customer cards for travel notifications and temporary limit increases
- Provide friendly, personalized service to customers
- May backup other department staff as needed
- Type, file, stock supplies
- Ensure activities within assigned functional area of responsibility are in compliance with Bank policy and State and Federal Regulations
- Perform other duties as requested
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Three to six months’ cash handling experience, or some comparable combination of education and experience.
