Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Specialist to join our team in Carol Stream, United States. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
