iON Technology Solutions (iTS) offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and testing new products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
iTS provides a comprehensive range of services, including the design and development of Ion Implant tools, Ion Optical Beamline Solutions, and other advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, semiconductor design, and ion optics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior managers to develop new products and expand iTS's product lines
- Design and develop Ion Implant tools and other advanced technologies
- Test prototypes for form, fit, and function, as well as perform thermal testing analysis
- Internalize customer requirements and communicate them to the Engineering and Sales team
- Contribute to iTS's Research and Development team
- Prioritize and manage customer engineering requests
- Lead new R&D projects with the Engineering team
