iON Technology Solutions (iTS) seeks a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative products that meet and exceed customer requirements
- Collaborate with senior managers and the Engineering and Sales team to deliver high-quality products and solutions
- Test prototypes for form, fit, and function, as well as perform thermal testing analysis
- Internalize customer requirements and communicate them to the Engineering and Sales team
- Contribute to iTS's Research and Development team
- Prioritize and manage customer engineering requests
- Lead new R&D projects with the Engineering team
