announces an opening for the following Special Education Administrator :

Administrator for Accountability & Program Improvement

Overview of the Special Education (SE) Administrator position :

Supervision & Staffing of Ancillary / Teaching / Support Staff
Evaluating Special Education Programs & Services
Supporting LEA and ISD Staff

Qualifications :

Master Degree in Special Education or Special Education Administration

State of Michigan School Administrator Certification

Full approval from the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) as a Supervisor of SE -or- Eligible for full, or temporary approval, from MDE as Supervisor or Director of SE pursuant to Rule or

Prior Special Education administrative experience preferred
