announces an opening for the following Special Education Administrator:
Administrator for Accountability & Program Improvement
Overview of the Special Education (SE) Administrator position:
- Supervision & Staffing of Ancillary/Teaching/Support Staff
- Evaluating Special Education Programs & Services
- Supporting LEA and ISD Staff
Qualifications:
- Master Degree in Special Education or Special Education Administration
- State of Michigan School Administrator Certification
- Full approval from the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) as a Supervisor of SE -or- Eligible for full, or temporary approval, from MDE as Supervisor or Director of SE pursuant to Rule 340.1771 or 340.1772
- Prior Special Education administrative experience preferred
