TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with Ionis hiring managers and members of the Human Resources team to assist in the full-cycle recruiting process, with a focus on candidate sourcing and screening.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with HR representatives and hiring managers to identify and strategize on requisition requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Define, refine, execute, and communicate search strategies.
- Source and evaluate qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other available networks.
- Conduct initial phone screens and participate in the interview process as required.
- Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about Ionis and its culture; answer candidate questions in detail.
- Ensure a seamless, consistent, and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain partnership with LinkedIn Recruiter team.
- Analyze industry trends in talent and suggest improvements to existing processes and methods, including reporting metrics.
- Evaluate internal recruiting and candidate interview processes and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Assist hiring manager and HR representatives in determining appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions as needed.
- Measure and communicate progress regularly on each assigned requisition to hiring managers and assigned HR representatives.
- Effectively represent Ionis at external and virtual recruiting events.
- Assist with administrative support as needed, to include :
- Creating and maintaining requisitions.
- Posting job ads for open positions.
- Maintaining staffing reports and metrics.
- Immigration process and administration.
