The candidate we are looking for will be someone who can work independently and thrive in an environment where you’re the sole technician performing any and all break-fix, compliance, testing and preventative maintenance. We have a strong preference to Apple products, so you’ll need to be well versed in MacOS, iOS, as well as Apple Server, and both laptop/desktop and mobile hardware. We’re going to count on you to make sure we’re getting the best benefit from our technology. You’ll also play an integral part in helping us choose new services and equipment as we continue to grow our center.
Responsibilities include:
- Break-fix troubleshooting
- Assistance with Microsoft Office Administrative needs and functions
- Assistance with G-Suite Administrative needs and functions
- Direct communication with staff regarding technology issues
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Overseeing proper functioning of VOIP phone System
- Supporting the implementation of new applications as needed
- Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Working continuously on a task until completion (or referring to third party if applicable)
- Testing and evaluating new technology and solutions as needed
- Setting up new equipment, performing minor repair work, and keeping records of service
- Serving as an intermediary between Company and Third Party technology vendors
- Overseeing proper functioning of Internet
- Overseeing website hosting and domain services
- Overseeing e-fax
Qualifications
- Thorough working knowledge of integrated Apple software and products, including but not limited to iMac, MacBook Pro, and Apple TV.
- Ability to be on call as necessary for urgent issues
- Bachelors or Associates degree in Computer Science or related field, or current enrollment in and active study of a related program. Equivalent certifications and experience will also be considered.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
