- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results following GLP guidelines
- Cultivate and maintain mammalian cell cultures using aseptic techniques
- Execute tissue culture procedures with precision and care
Skills
- Proficiency in transfection, GLP, biotechnology, PCR, microscopy, aseptic technique, tissue culture, Western blot, mammalian cell culture, and protein purification
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
