Project Manager Intern - Summer 2025

Join Iowa 80 Group as a Project Manager Intern and immerse yourself in construction and design project management. You'll support quick-serve restaurant, hotel, and franchise facility projects while assisting in estimates, schedules, and procurement logs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project estimates, schedules, and procurement logs.
- Check drawings, design palettes, and specifications for accuracy.
- Identify and resolve project discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and owners.
- Support event coordination for the annual charity golf tournament.
- Provide schedule updates to Ownership.
- Assist retail merchandising teams across three locations.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Construction Management-related major.
- Available Mon-Fri (40 hours/week) with occasional weekend/evening hours for projects.
- Occasional travel.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.
- U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available).
- Reliable transportation
- Background check and drug test (including marijuana) required.
