NIMternship Program Details:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Intern to join our team. This paid internship provides a unique blend of hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure. Over the course of the internship, you will contribute directly to daily warehouse operations and gain insight into various roles and equipment used across the facility.
4 Days/Week: Work hands-on within the warehouse team, actively participating in daily operations and building essential logistics skills.
1 Day/Week: Shadow and assist a different role or work with specific warehouse equipment to broaden your understanding of the full logistics process.
Job Description:

Assist with material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, and organizing material.

Participate in receiving and stocking inventory.

Support inventory management tasks including labeling and cycle counts.

Operate or assist with warehouse equipment under supervision including forklift, crane, press brake, etc.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be dependable and able to attend work on a regular basis
- Ability to receive constructive feedback with a growth mindset
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background and drug test.
