- Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure proper merchandising, signage, and product placement to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Train employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Track and analyze sales data, adjusting strategies to improve performance.
- Relieve team members for breaks and lunches.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales management experience required (preferably in a retail or travel center setting).
