As an Iron Skillet Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued and well taken care of. Your responsibilities include:
Deliver Outstanding Service:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely delivery from the kitchen.
Create Memorable Experiences:
- Build rapport with guests to make their visit feel special and personal.
- Handle any issues or special requests with professionalism and a smile.
- Provide guests with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable dining environment.
Maintain Efficiency and Teamwork:
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep your section tidy and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
- Assist with side work, such as refilling condiments, folding napkins, and stocking supplies.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and teamwork!
Must-Haves:
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle busy shifts with grace and efficiency.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a bonus.
