Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladder.

- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the District may find appropriate and acceptable.

Job Goal:
Assist the Office of Technology and Innovation staff to enhance student learning, promote the overall efficiency of the school systems, and maximize the educational opportunities available to each student.
Performance Responsibilities
- Unbox, tag, inventory, and prepare student and staff devices and peripherals for deployment
- Assist with the large-scale distribution and collection of student and staff devices
- Verify, update, and record technology equipment locations in inventory systems
- Prepare outdated or damaged equipment for recycling or disposal
- Physically clean and maintain classroom technology equipment
- Review, update, and organize departmental documentation, including how-to guides, vendor contracts, Memorandums of Understanding, and Student Data Privacy Agreements

Communicate with vendors via email to acquire necessary documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Terms of Employment
- Temporary summer position. The start and end dates of the position are to be determined by the district with the majority of work taking place May - August.
- Starting rate of $15/hour
- 40 hours per week
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License
