Job Description:The HVAC Instructor/Coordinator will be responsible for teaching a full-time assignment of classes in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technology program. This includes developing and delivering instructional content, evaluating student learning, and maintaining accurate records of student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards and college goals
- Deliver instruction to students in a variety of settings, including classroom and lab environments
- Evaluate student learning and provide feedback to promote academic success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as HVAC technology or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training adults in a post-secondary setting
