Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Provide guidance on technical accounting issues and financial concepts as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer calls.
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is a must.
- Strong math skills are essential for accurate account reconciliation.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients while maintaining positive relationships.
