POSITION: MAINTENANCE MANAGER

25% Coordinate selected construction projects.
- Provide written schedules to determine construction duration and manpower
- Analyze and implement construction documents for the purpose of obtaining
- Perform on site supervision of construction trades and provide written
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for various construction projects,
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare
40% Oversee Maintenance Department Trades Staff
- Work with the Senior Director of Plant Operations and ISF Staff to schedule
- Work with the Operations Manager to schedule trades staff to assist with events
- Monitor progress of projects and give directions to keep work flowing in a safe
- Monitor projects for quality of work being performed to keep consistent with ISF
- Give guidance for material selection of projects.
- Coordinate routine service and repairs of HVAC equipment and HVAC controls,

- Coordinate routine service and repairs of miscellaneous mechanical systems, with
- Schedule routine inspections and maintenance on all fire suppression systems
- Schedule routine inspections and maintenance on all fire monitoring systems with
- Schedule routine inspections and maintenance of all elevators located on the ISF
- Keeps current records for inspections and maintenance for items noted in this
- Work with outside contractors to facilitate maintenance and repairs of buildings
- Approve timecards and time off for Maintenance Trades Staff.
- Responsible for the response to after-hour issues concerning facilities and
- Assists trades to develop and keep current infrastructure mapping.
25% Implement a safety program
- Work with the Operations Manager, Electrical Manager and Custodial Manager
- Schedule regular safety meetings with maintenance staff.
- Implement safety standards and guidelines.
- Produce regular safety reports.
10% Oversee Grandstand operations
- Work with Grandstand Stage Promotor to ensure operations run smoothly and
- Rental and scheduling of all equipment for the back-of-house production.
- Front-of-house set-up to include chairs, concessions tents, crowd barriers,
- Oversee the Grandstand Cleaning Crew
- Work with Grandstand Security to ensure needs are met and operations run
- Work with back-of-house caterer, complete set up of catering tent.
- Work with all stage production contractors to ensure needs are met and operations

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, aerial maps and

construction administration in residential and/or commercial applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an
employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to read, have a
valid drivers license, operate hand power and stationary tools such as shovels, rakes, cutters,
saws, drills, etc. routinely handle a 50 lb. load. While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is regularly required to stand, walk and sit, use their hands to finger, handle, and
maneuver or feel objects, tools or controls. They must reach with their hands and arms:
climb or balance themselves; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; be able to talk and hear. Vision
requirements are that the employee must see well, either naturally or with correction, and
must have good peripheral vision. The employee must be able to hear well either naturally or
with corrections. The employee must be able to operate hand/power tools such as saws,
drills, augers and jackhammers.
