Description
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Child Care / Babysitter Trainer to educate aspiring babysitters on childcare best practices, safety, and professional conduct. The trainer will be develop and deliver training programs that cover child development, emergency response, communication skills, and other essential caregiving aspects.
Job Duties
- Design and conduct training programs for babysitters, include hands-on workshops and online courses.
- Teach essential childcare skills such as feeding, diapering, bedtime routines, and playtime activities.
- Educate trainees on child safety, first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures
- Provide guidance on handling behavioral challenges and effective communication with both children and parents
- Train babysitters on professional ethics, responsibility, and customer service skills.
- Develop educational materials, including handbooks, presentation, and videos.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay update with childcare best practices, safety regulations, and industry standards.
