Job Description:
- Cooks order ingredients in a timely manner according to standard recipes.
- Maintains quality standards by monitoring food production and inventory levels.
- Coordinates orders for pick-up and ensures cleanliness of workstations and storage areas.
- Manages waste by implementing proper rotation, storage, and quantity control measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a cook.
- Able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
- Capable of lifting, carrying, and maneuvering up to 75 pounds.
- Must obtain/maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
