Development, coordination and management of all property promotions and special events. Ability to create events that will stimulate traffic flow and increase profitability. Manage and develop all promotional staff.

Job Description
Development, coordination and management of all property promotions and special events. Ability to create events that will stimulate traffic flow and increase profitability. Manage and develop all promotional staff.
- Develop and communicate promotional and special events schedule for property and interface impacted departments to ensure coordination and success.
- Assist in departmental budget, goals and implementation strategy to create profitability for the property.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with current and potential outside vendors.
- Solicit, negotiate and contract outside entertainment for special events.

Qualifications
- BS in Marketing or four or more (4 ) years experience in related field.
- Working knowledge of computer programs and software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures.
- Able to attain state gaming license.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
