As An Entry Level Account Manager, You Will :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Form and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize sales
- Generate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and telecommunications clients
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate progress openly of monthly / quarterly initiatives to enhance sales
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Account Managers and the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed
