We are currently seeking a patent attorney qualified to practice before the European Patent Office. This opportunity primarily relates to patent preparation and prosecution, patent opinions, and due diligence. There will also be the opportunity to support attorneys relating to a variety of other patent-related issues, depending on your interests and capabilities, as this practice has an abundance of high-quality work from an impressive and diverse list of clients.
This is a very collegial environment, and you will deal directly with a variety of clients at all levels. Thus, you will need to have excellent communication skills and strong English fluency. Additionally, you will need to have :
- At least an MS in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or physics.
- At least 3 years of full-time patent drafting and prosecution experience pertaining to complex electrical engineering and / or computer science applications.
