This is a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and / or technical background, including :
- Preparation and prosecution of US patents
- Strategic portfolio counseling
- Patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability)
- Possible PTAB, licensing, and trademark work
