This role is crucial for ensuring accuracy in mold and production designs, as well as facilitating both domestic and international quoting and sample processes. Responsibilities
- Design molds and trees to ensure precision in production and quality outcomes.
- Prepare accurate quotes and samples for both domestic and international clients, working closely with the sales team to provide technical support and meet customer specifications.
- Assist in quality control by reviewing designs, conducting analyses, and addressing customer inquiries related to product specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the quality and sales teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with production goals.
- Other duties related to quality assurance and quality control.
