Overview of the Global Internship Program:
Our 2025 Global Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in their field of study, offering professional growth, mentorship, and valuable networking opportunities.
The IT Intern will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves giving support in diagnosing more complex problems, working with systems administration tasks, and resolving escalated support tickets to ensure smooth operations within the IT environment. Additionally, the IT Intern may support in assisting in maintaining IT infrastructure and support internal users.

The IT Intern will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves giving support in diagnosing more complex problems, working with systems administration tasks, and resolving escalated support tickets to ensure smooth operations within the IT environment. Additionally, the IT Intern may support in assisting in maintaining IT infrastructure and support internal users.
- Provide first-line technical support to end users through various channels, including phone, email, or in-person, while adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively, including diagnosing and repairing issues related to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Document and track support requests using IT service management (ITSM) tools, ensuring accurate and detailed information is recorded for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex or escalated technical issues, including server and network infrastructure problems, and provide timely updates to end users.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, including Windows and mobile OS platforms.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of user accounts, email accounts, and other IT-related systems, including Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and cloud-based services.
- Participate in maintaining an inventory of IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses, using asset management tools.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and user documentation, including technical guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with current technology trends and developments, including cybersecurity best practices, to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Follow established IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with security and data protection guidelines, including GDPR and ISO27001.

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate's degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. (A bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Basic System Administration: Familiarity with system administration tasks on Windows 10, Windows 11.
- User Management Knowledge: Basic understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, or other user management systems.
- Networking Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Ticketing Systems Experience: Some experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk).
- Troubleshooting Skills: Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Operating Systems and Applications: Basic experience with Windows operating systems.
- Scripting Knowledge: Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Task Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficiently.
