Overview of the Global Internship Program:
Our 2025 Global Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in their field of study, offering professional growth, mentorship, and valuable networking opportunities.
As a Junior Engineer Intern, you’ll spend the summer with our Product Engineering-Operational Readiness team, working with dedicated and experienced colleagues to find solutions for clients. You’ll become a member of a specific group, working on real assignments and making a genuine impact on our business.
He / She will be responsible for both the support and customizing software solutions that can be deployed in IPC Data Centers. Responsibilities include applying best practices for systems design and operational support (adhering to industry trends and establishment of IPC standards), short term problem solving and oversight of other aspects including security, resiliency, scaling.
Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary. This role will require the candidate to be constantly learning new technologies while handling day to day issues.

- Develop full understanding of the IPC products (i.e. Unigy, Connexus, Direct Connect, EVS)
- Deploy and operationalize event monitoring infrastructure which includes the following:
- Nagios and Fusion
- Watson AI
- Other areas of responsibility which will develop over time
- Understanding of basic security policy utilizing LDAP and Cisco ACS as cornerstone authentication/authorization products
- Assist in development of integration scripts using Perl/python or PHP
- Possibly develop web pages to interact with databases
- Support operations centres (GSOC, NS) when issues arrive with regards to the OSS tool suites.
- Perform other duties or special projects as needed.

- Junior or senior and pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent English language skills

- Strong understanding of Linux OS command structures and tools
