What are the responsibilities and job description for the IVR Tester position at IPEM SOLUTIONS INC?
We are seeking a 5 years of experienced IVR Applications Tester - who can test IVR applications - to become an integral part of our team! You will develop software test scenarios, test cases, test scripts and execute the same in order to identify software issues.

- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree
- Ability to analyze a design document in order to gain understanding of the functionalities of a system
- Ability to develop software end-to-end test scenarios, clear and concise test cases, test scripts with detailed steps, based on design documents that cover the full functionality of what is being implemented into a system., and execute them
- Ability to create clear and concise test cases that cover the objective, prerequisites, and steps needed to perform the test by someone who has not used the system previously.
- Preferably knowledge of testing the applications developed in Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect
- Devise and implement test strategies that adequately assess all software aspects
- Able to use critical thinking skills to determine if what has been implemented into a system conforms to the requirements which were used to build the functionality.
- Investigate and recreate reported defects
- Work with other engineers in the team (developers, architects etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve coding issues
- Track and document all testing defects and resolutions, Ability to clearly report on the current state of their work, while giving accurate completion time estimations.
- Participate in the design and development for test automation and support
- Ability to gain full understanding of a functionality if it is not clear in the design by reaching out to the developers who are building said functionality.
- Previous experience in software development, quality assurance, or other related fields
- Preferred familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and SOQL
- Must be deadline and detail-oriented
