Responsibilities
- Manage a large corpus of multilingual audio IVR prompts.
- QA, edit and post-process multi-lingual audio files.
- Manage voice talent and localization vendor relationships including scheduling, remote coaching of recording sessions all over the world, preparing localization orders, coordinating feedback between the vendors and the PTP team, managing an IVR Style Guide and maintaining glossaries of vocabularies.
- Help gather customer requirements and assist with human / computer IVR dialogue design and localization.
