Role Overview
As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will contribute to critical areas such as finance, analytics, and business operations, helping build the success of the Commercial Strategy team. This role is designed to evolve into a more senior position for the right candidate.

- Acts as an effective partner to the EVP of Commercial Strategy, proactively identifying and addressing needs before they become challenges.
- Manages time and priorities effectively, demonstrating agility and comfort in shifting gears as situations evolve.
- Excels at building and maintaining relationships with Regional Finance teams, Client Finance, New Business Development, Project Management, Account teams, and external stakeholders.
- Is highly detail-oriented, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks.
- Embraces versatility, willing to take on varied responsibilities and contribute wherever needed to support the team's success.
- Demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness in solving complex problems, leveraging existing organizational resources effectively.

NYC Salary range : $85,000 - $100,000
