Technician - Integration Engineering(CleanRoom)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hardware Cleaning and Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and passivation of hardware using various methods such as solvent/chemical, mechanical, ultrasonic, and precision cleaning techniques.

You will also play an essential role in maintaining the CPV Lab and Certified Clean Room areas by inspecting, packaging, and calibrating equipment and materials, while adhering to strict safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and passivation of hardware using various techniques, including solvent/chemical, mechanical, ultrasonic, and precision cleaning methods.
• Safely handle hardware with overhead cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment.
• Utilize titration and other direct measurement methods to analyze and adjust CPV Lab solvent/chemical systems.
• Conduct hardware inspections using visual, UV light, borescope, microscopic particle count, and high-precision weighing methods.
• Package approved hardware and supplies for storage or shipment.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment such as pumps, tanks, filtration systems, and scales at the shop level.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the CPV Lab and Certified Clean Room areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) like protective eyewear, steel-toe boots, and others as required.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical expertise in cleaning and passivation techniques (solvent/chemical, mechanical, ultrasonic, precision).
• Proficiency in safely handling hardware using overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.
• Analytical abilities for performing titration and direct measurement methods in lab environments.
• Skilled in hardware inspection using visual methods, UV light, borescope, microscopic particle counting, and precise weighing techniques.
• Experience with packaging hardware for storage or shipment.
• Ability to maintain and calibrate equipment such as pumps, tanks, filtration systems, and scales.
• Knowledge of general housekeeping and cleanliness standards for lab and clean room areas.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Compensation

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IPGenius provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
