Job Summary:
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and knowledge of warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular audits.
- Work with the Accounting team to track inventory and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Plan and manage warehouse space for optimal use.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and operations.
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
- Monitor and report key warehouse performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related role.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain (preferred but not required).
- Forklift certification is a plus.
